How It Works
Each month, $99 is automatically charged to your preferred payment method. These funds are deposited into your personal Medspa Bank and can be used toward eligible medspa services and skincare purchases. You’ll also receive exclusive discounts every time you visit.
Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Buffalo Plastic Surgery Medspa Membership, you agree to a recurring monthly charge of $99, which is automatically billed to your preferred payment method. These funds are stored in your personal Medspa Bank and may be applied toward eligible non-surgical treatments and skincare purchases at Buffalo Plastic Surgery.
Membership includes exclusive VIP invitations to special events and private promotions, a 10% discount on non-surgical medspa services (such as laser hair removal and injectables), and 10% off all skincare products. Please note that surgical procedures, Ultherapy, Sofwave, and Silagen products are excluded from discount eligibility.
Funds do not expire while your membership is active. However, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. A minimum six-month commitment is required upon enrollment. After completing six months, you may cancel your membership at any time with no additional fee. Upon cancellation, any remaining Medspa Bank funds must be used within 90 days or will be forfeited.
Membership benefits cannot be applied to surgical procedures or consultations, or combined with other discounts and promotions. Buffalo Plastic Surgery reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this membership program with advance notice.
